When you email us

This site has no contact form. If you write to hello@rocketsurgerylabs.ch, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use them solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing and we do not pass them on.

We keep your email for as long as your enquiry needs it, and delete it after at most 24 months.

Server logs

Our hosting provider's web server keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for security and operations. They are retained for 7 to 10 days, as set by Infomaniak, and then deleted.

Hosting

The site and our mailbox are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland, acting as a processor on our behalf. The server logs and the emails you send us are processed and stored on its servers in Switzerland. No other company receives them.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party resources. The fonts are served from this domain. No consent banner is required, which is why you are not seeing one.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to hello@rocketsurgerylabs.ch.
